Product Details:
SL-701A Ionizing Air Curtain can produce considerable air flows carrying both positive and negative charges, which can neutralize electric charges on the object. When the object surface is negatively charged, it will absorb positive charges from air flow; when positively charged, it will absorb negative charges from air flow. In this way, the electrostatic charges will be neutralized and thus eliminated from the object surface.
Ionization element of SL-701A Ionizing Air Curtain: Under the effect of high voltage and low current produced by the high-voltage generator, the ionization element will form a steady high-voltage electric field, where air will be ionized to ions. Such ions will be carried by air flow onto the object surface and neutralize the electrostatic charges therefrom.
The electrostatic elimination function of SL-701A Ionizing Air Curtain can solve the production problems caused by electrostatic effect, such as dust absorption caused by static electricity, adhesion incurred during plastic processing, small parts jumping incurred due to electrostatic repulsion.
